Fantasy League debrief

PLAY FANTASY LEAGUE HERE!

Another weekend sun-soaked weekend saw two top six encounters, a few close contests, as well as a huge upset on Sunday - all of which could have permutations across the Betfred Super League as a date at Old Trafford looms in the distance!

What does it all mean for Fantasy players? Let’s see who shone for their side and who didn’t quite live up to the mark...

Top performers

Brodie Croft (88 points)

The Rhinos’ half-back has had a stellar 2026 season so far. So much that he has been in the early conversations for the Steve Prescott MBE Man of Steel Award, with the next panel meeting coming soon.

His performance at the weekend will definitely get people talking!

A hat-trick of tries was just the start for Croft; he also ran for 130 metres, completed three attacking kicks and broke through the Dragons’ defence twice as the Rhinos romped to victory in Perpignan.

He isn’t your cheapest choice at £150k, but Croft is a consistent source of Fantasy points for any side - and only looks to keep on scoring as Leeds continue to dominate at the top of the table.

Will you be including him in your side for Round 19 and beyond?

Caius Faatili (85 points) - 130k

Wakefield have been well and truly on the charge these past couple of weeks and have been inspired by their powerful prop Caius Faatili!

Faatili demonstrated why he’s one of the best in the business against the current champions; crossing the whitewash twice, making two clean line breaks, completing two offloads and a staggering nine tackle busts. He certainly put his body on the line for the Trin!

He’s a firm fan favourite at the DIY Kitchens Stadium, and with 668 Fantasy points already this season, there’s no reason he shouldn’t be a favourite of Fantasy players too.

Mathieu Jussaume (81 points) - 90k

We’ve previously waxed lyrical about the Frenchman and how he’s a brilliant performer for both Toulouse and Fantasy players. And display on Sunday was another why that’s exactly the case.

Jussaume scored a hat-trick of tries against the Red V, broke through the Saints’ defence line twice and ran for 100 metres.

At £90k, he is an absolute steal. Get him in your team now as Jussaume continues to consistently impress!

Olly Ashall-Bott (74 points)

Olly Ashall-Bott has got plenty of people talking with his recent performances.

It was another all-action display from the Toulouse star boy, starting with a fantastic five try assists, nine tackle busts, one offload and 150 metres made with ball in hand.

Ashall-Bott punches well above his price tag of £120k when it comes to Fantasy points.

Looking for a new number one? Ashall-Bott is your man!

Adam Swift (62 points)

The Giants are really doing it tough at the minute. But speedster Adam Swift can hold his head high given his performance at the weekend.

In defeat, the winger scored two tries, made two clean breaks, ran for 170 metres and busted through five Bulls tackles.

Getting Swift in your side could free up funds for you to spend elsewhere in your squad.

At £120k, will you be putting him your Fantasy side for Round 19?

Fantasy flops

Jason Qareqare (7 points)

The Tigers’ winger didn’t hit the try scoring heights we saw from him just a few weeks ago.

He’ll be wanting to bounce back against the Rhinos at home in Round 19.

Jackson Hastings (15 points)

It was a poor showing from one of the best in Super League on Sunday. Hasting made no impact as his side slumped to a shock defeat on home soil?

Will we see an improved performance from the former Man of Steel this Friday?
