Rugby League Las Vegas is quickly becoming an annual event after it was started back in 2024 by the NRL, with an intention of expanding the sport's global reach and engaging an American audience.

The event is held at the iconic Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In its inaugural year, Manly Sea Eagles met South Sydney Rabbitohs, whilst Sydney Roosters faced Brisbane Broncos as Vegas hosted two matches of the NRL season's opening round.

Then, in 2025, history was made as the Betfred Super League headed to the 'Entertainment Capital of the World' to join the party, as Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves entertained on US shores.

England Women also took on the Australia Jillaroos, adding international flavour to the occasion for the first time. Canberra Raiders, New Zealand Warriors, Penrith Panthers and Cronulla Sharks were the participating NRL teams that year.

Fast forward to 2026, and Super League was invited to be involved for a second year running - and as part of a blockbuster triple-header.

Hull KR and Leeds Rhinos’ clash kicked things off, before NRL matches between North Queensland Cowboys and Newcastle Knights, and Canterbury Bulldogs and St George Illawarra Dragons, took place.
