Catapult Stats Tracker: Welcome return for Shaul

Jamie Shaul made an immediate impact on his return to the Hull FC first team as the Black & Whites exacted revenge against St Helens in Round 16.

Shaul made his first Betfred Super League appearance since Easter last Thursday, replacing the injured Tex Hoy at full back - and he had a busy evening against the reigning Champions.

The two-time Challenge Cup winner covered more distance than any other player in Round 16 - Shaul covered a lung-busting 9,033 metres and showed no signs of rustiness back in the Black & Whites side.

Elsewhere in that match, Tee Ritson hit the second fastest speed of 2023 whilst chasing a rampaging Darnell McIntosh late on in the game. Riston, who holds the joint fastest speed of the season alongside Warrington's Matty Ashton, clocked an impressive velocity of 36.06 km/h.

Meanwhile, the electric Jai Field worked his socks off during an important win away at Salford. Field worked at an intensity of 102 metres/min during a strong 80 minute display - the highest intensity of the round.
